Why You Should Watch Shingeki no Bahamut: Genesis [Review]
A lovable cast of characters flee across an interesting fantasy land (well two of them flee, one of them chases) and get swept up into a grand plot. Action, politics, and probably some emotions follow.
Full English title is Rage of Bahamut: Genesis
Viewing Order:
Genesis (12 episodes)
Short Story Epilogues (2 episodes)

So apparently the origin of the name Bahamut is from an Arabian myth about a giant fish that holds up the Earth. Methinks the Dungeons and Dragons people just thought the name sounded cool so they used it and now it's just a thing in fantasy stuff.
