Why you shouldn't play GTA Vice City without the frame limiter?
This video answers the question that nobody asked me.
Disclaimer:
1. The frame limiter is supposed to cap the gameplay at 30 FPS. But because I am using a CLEO script which can modify the frame limiter's FPS value anywhere from 0 to 99, I chose it to cap it at 60. So the game with the frame limiter 'ON' now runs at 60.
2. The audio is slightly out-of-sync, courtesy of Adobe Premiere Pro.
3. Never play any 3D era GTA game without disabling the frame limiter. It can actually induce headaches and seizures. Some FPS values can render the game unplayable. 60 FPS is fine, but not above that.
Playing this game with locked 30 FPS is a mortal sin. Use the link below to make your gameplay buttery, silky-smooth.
