During the First Strike Nerd St Gamer Qualifier, Sentinels faced off against 100T on Split where 100T played a very aggressive style in the middle of the map, that unfortunately did not end up working out in their favor. Although they did pick up one or two rounds, the majority of the rounds they played aggressively in mid did not favor their team, and it really highlights why most teams prefer to play more passively on the map. The current meta on split seems to be to give the attackers mid/use little amounts of utility to bait out attacker utility, and then play more defensively on the connectors of both locations.
