293Why YouTube is broken...My honest feelings about the broken YouTube site, the dying YouTube Community and how BIG YouTubers can save themselves and ultimately create a better future for us all. http://www.facebook.com/fornerds I'm a little guy (Just hit 4,000 subs on Saturday after being here for a year... I've worked my butt off, over 200 videos in a year and frankly all of this is just discouraging but I'm not giving up. It sucks to have worked so hard, built a following, been denied partnership and then just when you do everything to earn it they take away the option (this monetized thing is not real partnership), and then suddenly they change the site in a way that it decreases your views by half making all that hard work a waste. I'm not complaining laying down, I'm fighting, I'm posting MORE, BETTER videos than ever and I will get the people above me to take notice. We can do this, but we HAVE to do it TOGETHER.
