I hope this helps because I've had my share of bullies and negativity people in my day and frankly there's a bevy of ways to deal with them. Confidence helps but sometimes sadly, you really do have to fight back and let it be known that you are no punching bag. Bullies and negative people usually have issues deeper than just being jerks and understanding that can help you deal more effectively.
