Wife broke muh JoyCons! Can I fix it?

Soo my Wife tripped and fell on my JoyCons.. *cries inside* I've been putting off fixing them so I could make a video about it that might help someone else, so here it is!
Hopefully the damage isn't so bad that the JoyCons can't be fixed. Watch the video to find out, and to learn a few tips when replacing the Thumb Sticks!
