Wiggler joins Mario Kart 8 on the Wii U via a mod made by BLgotswag! This mod comes with all UI, voice, emblem, horn and even a few alts including an angry Wiggler alt.

The creator of the mod had issues giving the normal Wiggler a red angry Wiggler expression, so he made it an alt instead.
