I think they toned down the difficulty on the first Beginner game. It took me hours to get that 4-star on Wii Fit Plus. On this game, I got it first try.

This whole thing is just a gauntlet of swaying back and forth while waving your arms around like a lunatic. I did it all in one go. It was quite tiring...
