This is exercise. I've always believed that the big real reason the Wii wasn't ultimately successful was not because of low-resolution graphics or under-powered processing but because it was HARD. It involved getting involved. You had to move. Twitch has infinite gamers playing hours long streams because basically they aren't doing anything. Sitting in a "gaming" chair for hours doesn't mean activity necessarily and the vast majority of them will never break a sweat playing no matter the level of cinematic activity you see on the screen while watching them. It's not a bad thing, it's just not my thing. I've always believed this but I was alone without proof but now here is the proof. This is exercise.
