Here's the story behind the Miis:
Quorra: I really didn't have any idea on Quorra. I just thought of making her similar to Quon, but I later found out there's a character named Quorra from Tron: Legacy, but it's too little too late now.
Tiffany: Obliviously she was planned to look like Misaki with some differences including the glasses. Other than that, not much to say.
