(THIS IS AGAINST THE HIGHEST RATED CPU) Slow spin just means using underspin/backspin in your shot, cutting the ball so it "floats" across the table with backwards rotation. The misses and 2nd bounces are usually due to very precise shots that hit a very certain part of the table--for the cpu to miss, they must mess up in calculating the trajectory of the ball. Edges of tables are really confusing, especially because when it bounces, the ball minimizes its forward distance due to the nature of backspin. Thanks for watching and don't forget to subscribe!
