Hey guys in this video I show you how to change the colour of your bowling ball on wii sports.

After you select your Mii character, hold the following buttons to change the colour of your bowling ball.

Up button (arrow) for the Blue bowling ball.
Right button (arrow) for the Gold bowling ball.
Left button (arrow) for the Red/Pink bowling ball.
Down button (arrow) for the Green bowling ball.

If you are mid game and you wish to change the colour of your bowling ball you can also click the 'Start over' button then press which ever button (arrow) for the colour you want (do bare in mind your bowling game will start again/restart).
