Wii-U Black Screen Flicker problem

36Issue I'm having that happens mostly randomly, but it still seems like there's got to be a pattern or reason for it.
I use the exact same input and HDMI cable with my Xbox 360, PS3, laptop, and desktop PC without any problems at all. This is a problem with the Wii U, and I'm not so certain that exchanging the console will solve the issue. (plus I don't want to go through the hassle of sitting for hours updating the replacement machine again...)
