It's a little meaningless hack that can anyone do. What you need is an SD card and a USB SD Card reader. Insert the SD card into your card reader and connect it to your Wii U. Move the game you want to play on it. Once a game is loaded remove the SD card so the game will be unable to load the Music and variouse SFXs. However, this can be useful to bypass any copyright strights for all of those who upload Wii U videos to YouTube. But note that it can cause some random crashes
