I used Real wiii hardware connected to DigitNow Capture card Zero latency. + WII2HDMI ADAPTER inserted into the console. Potplayer has been used with madshi encoder and many filters applied to improve quality graphically. Potplayer reduced lots of blurriness. Wii is an old console there's no magic. You'll not get HD quality but it improved quality dramatically. My gpu was at 45% all the time. (RTX 2070)
