The active item effects and even a summoner spell has been put in the boots section. Basically the only active items Wild Rift has, can be found on the boots.

Remember the teleport summoner spell? Well it's now in the boots. Stasis ? boots. Need shield? Boots.

I know Nami literally has no feet, and Camille would just pierce through them, but they'll still need it though, more so in Wild Rift
