A number of people myself included have been getting a NetDLLBroken error when starting Wild West Shootout. The crash seems to be related to a permissions issue. The game doesn't like to be launched as administrator and if your account is an admin you're out of luck, until now. My fix takes care of the problem through a simple AHK script utilizing psexe64.exe
