This is VinylicPuma, back with another Borderlands 3 video and today, I figured we could talk about whether Borderlands 3 will have Save Editors, Save Editing and Mods like Borderlands 2 does. This is a pretty controversial topic and I figured I'd go over a few of the positives and negatives of having a Save Editor and then talk about if I think we're going to get one or not.
