Will It Stale? Episode 1: Fly Guys

There are a lot of scenarios where it's unclear if a move will stale or not. You guys tend to suggest quite a few of these for Melee Myths, so instead of testing these scenarios for that series, I thought I'd make a spin-off series focusing solely on move staling. I worked pretty hard on creating my own assets for this series, so I hope you all enjoy :)
