Wind Procs Help A Lot
0As it turns out, having 1500 bonus damage proc every so often really helps to spike Kanbe's damage despite his pretty slow attack speed. Also having full access to all of his normal specials is really useful. Especially the big AoE ground pound move. That one is real useful.
