3I made mod for Skyrim called "Windhelm" back in 2015. It stopped working shortly after release having become corrupted, so it just died a death. Yet it was a very good mod and I am thinking of rebuilding it for the 2021 release of Skyrim.
Here is the background story to the original 2015 version.
