Windows 10 - No Movie Maker? It's Still Available!!! (For Now)
If your have a clean install of Windows 10 or a new PC that came with Windows 10, you won't have Microsoft Movie Maker installed.
I cannot change the annotation at the beginning of this video. YouTube has turned off annotations for some videos. Although I say there is one in that text, there is no longer a link at Microsoft. Please follow the instructions below to download and install Movie Maker.
UPDATE: Mar 29, 2017. The last Microsoft site that I found with a download is no longer active. Use the following link from Softpedia.
********EXTREMELY IMPORTANT*********
Yes, it goes to a site that allows downloads as part of their service. Just click on the grey bar near the top that says secure download. Ignore the first section, it is an ad. Click on the bar that says Softpedia Secure Download.
DO NOT ADD IT TO YOUR BASKET. You do not have to login to download it.

Also, If you get black screens when using Movie Maker, it's because you are missing some codecs. Windows 10 doesn't have all the codecs for MP4, you need to download them. Go to the url below to download them. DO NOT click on the top button. Down further on the page are links. The best for most users is the Standard one.
