If you are like me you're even too lazy to find the Windows Start Menu Icon, then the Power Button on the Menu and then choose Shutdown.

Here's a little routine that is included in Windows that invokes the slide down to shutdown function. All you have to do is to create a desktop shortcut or a tile to click on. Once you do, the slide down screen appears and one swipe... Voila!!! You are shutting down.

Here's the command to type into the shortcut window..

C:\Windows\System32\SlideToShutDown.exe
