I've had a question on how to rate photos in Windows 10. Not only can you rate photos, but you can also do a search across several directories applying a sort by highest or lowest rating.

This simply uses some of the advanced, built-in features of Windows 10 File Explorer. You just have to know how to access them.

The advanced searches in file explorer can be very helpful when you are looking for any files, not just Photos.
