Where is the Control Panel in Windows 10? What about in Windows 11? How do you open the Control Panel? How many ways are there to open it? To answer these questions, we did a bit of testing and experimentation. We had to do that because, both in Windows 11 and Windows 10, the Control Panel is hidden compared to Microsoft’s older operating systems, like Windows 7. We managed to compile a list of seventeen different ways to open the Control Panel.

In Windows 10, there are a few different ways to find and change your settings: Settings app, Control Panel, app settings, and search. Most of the settings that you'll want to change can be found in the Settings app.
This tutorial will apply for computers, laptops, desktops, and tablets running the Windows 7, Windows 8/8.1, Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems (Home, Professional, Enterprise, Education) from all supported hardware manufactures, like Dell, HP, Acer, Asus, Toshiba, Lenovo, Huawei and Samsung.
