Windows 11: We Couldn't Find A Camera Compatible With Windows Hello Face On Windows 11, Fix Windows Hello Facial Recognition Not Working Windows 11
Step 1) Uninstall Latest Installed Update
Step 2) Make changes in the registry
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\System
AllowDomainPINLogon
Set the value data to 1
Step 3) Install HelloFace
C:\Windows\System32\WinBioPlugIns\FaceDriver
Install HelloFace.inf (Skip the step if you don’t find this inf file)
Step 4) Allow the use of Biometrics,
Turn On Convenience PIN Sign-in (Steps Applicable to Windows 11 Pro or higher edition)
gpedit.msc
Step 5) Start Windows Biometric service
Delete the content from WinBioDatabase folder
Disable Windows Biometric Service
Delete the content from WinBioDatabase folder (first take backup)
C:\Windows\System32\WinBioDatabase
Restart your PC
Now enable Windows Biometric Service
Step 6) Remove the Face Recognition and PIN sign-in settings and set up again
Remove Windows Hello face
Remove Windows Hello PIN
Setup Windows Hello PIN
Setup Windows Hello Face
Step 7) Uninstall your camera driver and restart your PC
Step 8) Install Camera Driver from System manufacture website
Step 9) Roll back Camera Driver
Step 10) Uninstall Biometric driver and restart your PC
Step 11) Update system BIOS
Step 12) Perform System restore
Step 13) Reset Your PC (Create a backup first as reset may result in data loss)
