Steps:
Dynamic Lighting will take control of your device's lighting and set a static effect that matches your Windows accent color. Here is how to turn it on and off.
From the windows 11 desktop, go to the search bar at the bottom, search for settings and then open them.
In settings, select “personalization” from the left sidebar.
In personalization settings, select “dynamic lighting”.
Here you can enable or disable the toggle to turn dynamic lighting on and off.
