How to Fix Windows Update Error 0x80070005 for KB5052093

1. Run Windows Update as an Administrator

Press Win + S, type Windows Update, and open it.
Click Check for updates and attempt to install KB5052093.
If the error persists, restart your PC and try again.

2. Reset Windows Update Components
Open Command Prompt as Administrator.
Run the following commands one by one:

net stop wuauserv
net stop cryptSvc
net stop bits
net stop msiserver
ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old
