just showing that Windows 11 can indeed run on such hardware, and it's performance. it's very slow obviously, but stable and doesn't crash or freeze or anything. the CPU is a single core with a single thread at 2.1ghz, but does support 64bit, which is why this is possible. some other older Athlon and Turion CPUs should also work in theory. there is 1gb DDR2 ram in the system, but the integrated graphics use 256mb of it, leaving 768mb for the OS. the OS takes up about half of the 80gb hard drive. windows automatically detected and installed all drivers except for the graphics and performed all windows updates. the Windows 7 graphics driver installed and worked fine...
