http://hirudov.com presents Microsoft Windows 3.11 for Workgroups, running on AmigaOS 4.1 via the DOSBox emulator. The hardware is MicroAmigaOne computer with 256 MB RAM. As seen in the video, the emulator is very useful and the speed is quite acceptable. Shown are the multitasking capabilities of Windows 3.11 by running MIDI songs player in the background and playing games like Solitaire, Minesweeper and Hearts. During the demonstration are tested several applications - Quicktime player, Paintbrush, Notepad, Write, Calculator, Object Packager, Clock, MS-DOS prompt, Task Manager and File Manager. While the Windows is running, the AmigaOS multitasking still had some free resources for its own native programs. Windows was setup on 640x480 resolution.
