There are some people who keep encountering problems when they try to perform a file edit
In this video I will show possible reason why it won't work.

1. Right click on the Program and click on 'Run As Administrator'

2. Enable UAC on Windows 7 (click on 'without dimming the desktop')

3. Go to your start menu and click on Run and type in
control userpasswords2

Than click on your username and click on Properties, click on the
'Group Membership' tab

And set your usage rights to 'Administrator'

Try:

Reformatting your Computer

Clear all your restore points.

Do a Disk Check, Disk Defragment .

And Make sure your part of the administrator group.
