This is my video tutorial on how to resize pictures (ex. jpg/bmp files) on Windows 7 (32/64 bit)

This is a clone of the resize power toy used by Microsoft for Windows XP... If you miss that feature from XP, here's how you get it

onto Win 7 :)

Helps you change resolutions (have preset resolutions but can get custom ones too if needed)

Helps reduce the size of the pic to help with online uploads.
