Hello everybody, welcome back to another episode of Windows Installation tutorial and the development of Windows 8. In this episode we're going to take a look at Windows 8 build 8175.5, compiled on Jan.11th 2012 and it has a 370-day timebomb, like other Windows Developer preview builds, it can be installed on current date. While the installation of this build, it has a broken XHCI Driver, change the compatibillity to VMware 9.x and USB Driver is USB 1.1, that will fix the problem, it was shared on Jun.28th 2022. There's another build: Windows 8 build 8175.0, was compiled on Dec.16th 2011. It was shown on CES 2012 in a tablet PC(AMD64 Architecture), both of them are Developer Preview 4 builds, but the build in this video, is leaked along with Windows 8 build 7777, build 7779, build 7985(fbl core1 kernel cptx.110419-1745), Windows 8.1 build 9271.
