Easy steps to disable this.....
1 . Open Run Command..
2 . Type: GPEDIT.MSC
3 . Go to Computer Configuration..
4 . Administrative Templates..
5 . System..
6 . Troubleshooting and Diagnostics..
7 . Disk Diagnostics..
8 . Double click to Disk Diagnostic: Configure execution Level..
9 . Click on Disable..
10.Apply And Ok...
