Windows Mobile Device Center Not Working Windows 10 FIX [Tutorial]

Command Used (Please note I used the same one twice in the video erroneously, only used one unique one):

REG ADD HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\RapiMgr /v SvcHostSplitDisable /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f

Windows Mobile Device Center is a synchronization software program developed by Microsoft, and the successor to ActiveSync. It is designed to synchronize various content including music, video, contacts, calendar events, web browser favorites, and other files between Windows Mobile devices and the Microsoft Windows operating system.

- add these to REG:

REG ADD HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\RapiMgr /v SvcHostSplitDisable /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f
REG ADD HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\WcesComm /v SvcHostSplitDisable /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f

After install, you must right click on Start, and then click on
Computer Management , Services & Applications , Services.
Scroll down to right-click on "Windows Mobile-2003-based device connectivity"
to select Properties , Log On.
Switch to "Local System account"
with checking "Allow service to interact with desktop"
then click OK.

This tutorial will apply for computers, laptops, desktops,and tablets running the Windows 10 operating system (Home, Professional, Enterprise, Education) from all supported hardware manufactures, like Dell, HP, Acer, Asus, Toshiba,Lenovo, and Samsung).
