Had no idea this was possible, kinda cool. Not sure if it's known. I suppose this is only useful if you fail the armored truck strat and have to blow it up on the freeway and need a wrench so you can destroy it quicker. It's a bit precise, and you gotta hold jump for as much of the first jump as you can.
