IF YOU UPDATE PLEASE REINTALL WINE TO GET MY VERSION AND NO THE REPO ONE.
YOU NEED THE GAME FILES, JUST COPY THE ENTIRE FOLDER OF THE GAME( CHECK THE VERSION NEEDED) AND START PLAYING.
ALMOST ALL CREDITS GOES FOR NOTAZ.
IF YOU WANT NORMAL PERFORMANCE JUST SET NORMAL KERNEL AND NORMAL DRIVER (YOU CANT CHECK THAN WINEKERNEL AND MESA DRIVERS ARE COMMENTED(#) ON /BOOT/CONFIG.TXT SO THE PI WILL BOOT ON NORMAL KERNEL ON NEXT BOOT)
VERSION OF THE GAME'S NEEDED:
Diablo: only works with patched wine version (read on wine folder)
requires 1.09 version of the game data files
Diablo II : requires 1.13d version of the game data files (including expansion)
Jazz Jackrabbit 2 : requires 1.23 version of the game data files
StarCraft: requires 1.16.1 version of the game data files
Diablo I only works with the special wine for that game. you should switch wine's for play that game and the others. sorry about that.
the problem its the menu. it dissapear on my normal build of wine (1.7.3 final). if you creat a player you could use the normal wine for every game and only bypass the menu with enter and just select you character on the "blind" way. the rest of the game runs perfect (except videos I belive). dont play it too much, so I cant tell to much about Diablo I. Diablo II runs almost perfect, videos include. Starcraft works perfect except from videos.
Jack rabbith runs awesome but you need should set directdraw renderer (just alt+ enter and the menu shows up on windowed mode). The joypads works awesome on jazz 2 too! great for coop.
the RVGL (revolt) its not a wine game but its awesome. the installer is inside, need opengl driver like all of these games. I mean, you could play wine games on windowed mode only on legacy driver. Enjoy
