There is a Winters Wrath Bug happening right now where if you apply a bunch of Damage Over Time things and then spam the staff attack you can either instantly kill a boss or hit it with massive chunk damage. So add vortex nades/anarchy/witherhoard/etc and then winters wrath. You can also use Ballidorse Wrathweavers for this.
