I review 2 wireless Light Guns that both work on the Playstaion and Playstation 2. I bought a Pelican Freeshot about 18 months ago. And the Dreamgear MarXman just about a week ago. They both work with every game I own. They both have switches that allow them to work with all three gun types. So they work with Normal Light gun games, Guncon 1 Games, and Guncon 2 Light gun Games. The range is about the same as if you were using a wired gun. The accuracy and range is better on the MarXMan. Sometimes neither one of them transmit the trigger pull. This can hurt your gameplay. Neither one of them vibrate when you pull the trigger. They both work with rechargeable batteries about the same as they work with regular batteries. They both have identical and cross compatible receivers that work with either gun. They both work with Konami games. I mainly wanted a wireless gun for Police 911 "The Keisatsukan" because of the dodging ducking and sidestepping while using the motion camera for that game. I think the Marxman is probably the best "wireless" light gun for the PS2 and PS1.
