91Animation progression from WISH where Asha meets Star. Swipe to see the different stages of animation. Early blocking Asha was thinking internally a bit more reminiscing Saba and how bad she felt for him.
As the shot progressed we thought Asha should keep her eyes on Star and stay more in the moment, so I toned down her hands to be off screen sooner and adjusted her to progressively push closer in so she could really be up close and personal with Star. Huge thanks to Supervising Animator Tony Smeed for helping me nail Asha’s appeal.
