Witcher 3: The Wild Hunt Patch 4.00 otherwise known as "The Next Gen Update" came out Tuesday Night/Wednesday 12/14. This adds Witcher 3 Ultimate HD Reworked Project mod by default, some new quests and some content inspired by the Netflix show like the Nilfgaard armor, adds Photo Mode and some other QoL changes and of course, raytracing.

It also breaks some things, chief among them the Steam overlay - the fix is about halfway through the video, timestamp in the chapters below.
