2Witcher 3 is beautifully crafted and extremely long ( if you are planning on doing side quests and exploration ). I wish more games had such level design, armors and graphics. That being said Witcher 3 is not game of the year material (at least for me ) simply because combat is the weakest point of it. Add to that rather boring leveling up system and gameplay becomes somewhat a chore...
I would give it 4/5 or 8/10...
