Hidden behind a magic door and underground, a weird creature presents itself to the villagers living nearby and is forcing them to feed it jewelry and food. In this situation Geralt discovered the Allgod's hideout and spoke to it first before going to the villagers to pick up the quest. The outcome is slightly different.
