Possibly the rarest and most well hidden quest in the Witcher 3 - Available only after being imprisoned by Madman Lugos during the Stranger in a Strange Land quest and escaping with Simun Brambling's help. The secret quest is called An Unpaid Debt, the location is unmarked but it's located next to Kaer Trolde's inn. Showing all choices and outcomes in Unpaid Debt for Simun Brambling and Volund (aka killing and sparing the latter).
