In the previous video I talked about how to set up the ANKA wireless smoke alarms so that they are interconnected, if you did NOT have a remote. The reason why I made it a separate video with remotes is that the process is quite different. If you had set up the alarms to work without a remote like I did in the previous video, and you wanted to add a remote to the alarms, the only way is to clear the memory in all the alarms and then connect them again from scratch. Why is why I thought we might as well make a fresh video.

So here it is, how to connect the remote to all of your alarms, so that if you press the "test" button on the remote, all of your alarms will go off. While the sound is beeping on your alarms, make sure you do not do anything until they finish testing on its own.

If you don't have a remote, watch my previous video to connect them without a remote. Remember a remote is optional.
