You are working at Athena (the company that made this game), and one day you are out jogging. Suddenly you see a stupid kid in the middle of the road that will be hit by a truck. You throw yourself in front of the truck, manage to get the kid out of the way and get hit by the truck. And probably dies.
Then you wake up in a strange laboratory. Somebody that looks like Dr. Wily have saved your life by turning you into a faceless humanoid. He probably want to use you for something bad, like robbing banks or taking over the world, so you decide to escape.
But before you can escape, you have to defat Dr. Wily and his 5 henchmen (that looks like copies of Marvel and DC heroes) in battles that were inspired by that Tron bike scene. Or that Nokia phone Worm game.
You run around, leaving a wall behind you. Hit the wall and you will die. You can both run faster and jump over the wall, if it is not thich enough. The goal is to make your opponent crash into the wall before you do.
You have to defeat each opponent five times, and the last two battles involves some form of vehicle.
Once the five henchmen are defeated, Dr. Wily turns into the Hulk and you must defeat him as well.
The game is pretty short once you figure out the best way to trap your opponents, but it is still fun enough to kill time with.
...oh, and yes, that guy is totally giving you the finger!
