I'm happy to say that we are now out of the really awful Water signature arcana and onto the better but still situational ones. Ones that depend on your specific build and the relics that you find. In this case we have Ice Spear, a ranged power arcana that has a lot going for it. High knockback, long range, the ability to freeze enemies, and high damage! But it also has a narrow hitbox and doesn't pierce knockback resistant enemies like Macho Ghouls and Stone Golems. All in all, pretty solid!
