Wizard101 Is BANNING Content Creators...AGAIN!
327UPDATE: It appears that most of the creator bans were related to people sponsoring certain videos/livestreams and then charging back those crowns months later without the content creators' knowledge, which is similar to what happened to players back in February. KI is unfortunately punishing everyone involved instead of just the people charging back crowns which is incredibly unfair. I would advise everyone to set your wishlist to private if you haven't already and be extremely careful about accepting gifts from anyone because they can literally chargeback months later without you knowing and KI will make the recipient of the gift pay back the amount rather than the credit card holder.
It's the worst Throwback Thursday ever! Once again Wizard101 is banning content creators for no apparent reason and it's becoming an increasingly common problem. It's unclear whether this is a repeat of February's ban wave which targeted Goomay and members of Atmoplex who were innocent victims of a fraudulent credit card scheme, but clearly something needs to change. KingsIsle needs to investigate how the game's systems are continuously being abused by bad actors and stop punishing innocent players. This is getting out of hand.
