Almost every decision in the past couple years has been reversed by Wizards of the Coast. Unfortunately, I think this one is a bad one. Duel Decks provided much needed reprints for Pauper, Legacy and Modern and allowed WotC to capitalize on these formats. Challenger decks are just going to continue to overload and already over-saturated standard format.
