This is the basically same thing but in the Study Time stage.
It is theoretically possible to get 20cm9mm now by getting a sparrow off of the balcony! But in order to do that you would need tons of skill and luck. You need the skill to get most of the other items and still have time leftover for the balcony, and you also need to be lucky enough for the clip to happen fast, the sparrows to be there at all (they are a random object), and to grab the sparrow successfully. On top of that, in this video i clipped through the window around 15/16cm, but the sparrow has a pickup size of 18cm7mm I think. And the bigger you are, the harder it is to clip through the window.
